No. Single treatments and Ayurvedic Consultations are booked directly online without speaking to anyone. Panchakarma and the Ayurvedic Experiences can also start by booking an Ayurvedic Consultation first, if you already know what you want.
The deeper treatments are the one exception. Pizzichilli, Udvartana, Takradhara, the herbal stamp treatments and the rest of that group are booked online as well, but we ask a few questions before confirming, so that a Vaidya can check if the choice suits your constitution. It takes a few minutes and it is not a consultation.
The discovery call is there for anyone who would rather talk the whole thing through before committing.
